One bedroom and one bath condo served as a kitchen for the "main house". Original slate floors, brick walls and exposed wooden beams have been restored in this 150-year-old slave quarters. Lighted custom designed kitchen cabinets are fronted by glass doors. Kitchen furnishings include microwave, built in dual burners, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, can opener, blender, lead crystal glasses, lovely stoneware and Italian flatware.
The pub table accommodates four diners.
Four sets of French doors over look the lush courtyard, which is centered between the main house and the slave quarters. Another set of French doors, kitchen and bath windows overlook the circular swimming pool.
Code locked wrought iron gate and working wooden shutters provide security as well as sound proofing.
The bathroom contains a marble walled Jacuzzi tub / shower, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, tiffany lighting with matching window sun-catcher, as well as a wrought iron pedestal sink.
